1. Creation of the mailing list based on existing working group “Environment and Media” with involvement of the representatives of the Carpathian WG and other organisations who are actively involved in the implementation of the Carpathian Convention.
2. Development of the criteria of participation in the WG.
3. Development of the activity plan:
• detecting of the main problems interesting for journalists;
•  searching for the places for open events for local and central media
• finding the ways of WG work as to discussion of the problems and documents.
4. Technical meetings of the WG:
• firsts – for approving of the planning and responsible persons;
• second and third – as a frames of the press-clubs as evaluation meetings.
5. Organising of the two meetings (press-clubs) in Carpathian, places will be decided together in WG, journalists and experts will be invited. Each meeting – 20 participants, 1,5 days.
6. After each meeting will be discussions of publications in mailing list. So, journalists also will have possibilities to get comments to their articles and WG members will get new contacts. Mailing list might growth.
7. The best articles will be collected and possible could become the main part of the publication on results of WG activities.

Realised activities:

1. Organised three technical meetings in: Lviv, Svalyava (Zakarpattya), Kosiv (Ivano-Frankivs region).
2. Organised two press-clubs with involving of the journalists, local NGOs and authorities in Svalyava (Zakarpattya) and Kosiv (Ivano-Frankivs region).
3. After the first press-club were published articles in central and regional newspapers and prepared TV and radio programmes.
4.  Publications are open for discussion through the mailing list and on the Green Dossier forum www.dossier.kiev.ua/forum.
5. Currently in TWG are active about 10 members.
